Our online shopping cart system uses state-of-the-art Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts and protects your credit card details. Our SECURE Shopping Cart has three layers of protection, rather than the usual two layers.
As even more added safety, we do not use a system that automatically charges your card as you place your order. We take the extra time to enter every transaction by hand, directly to the processing bank, saving your information from computer gliches, hacking and other possible problems.
You may always telephone us directly to place your order if you would rather speak to a "live human".
Credit Cards We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please note that your credit card statement will show Saint Germain, as the merchant name or transaction description.
Check or Money Orders (US Dollars only) Simply place your order on-line using the secure shopping cart which will add the correct amount for tax and shipping. The cart gives an option to pay by check or money order. Select that option and follow the instructions. We only accept International Money Orders if drawn in US Dollars.
Please note that payment by Check or Money Order will delay shipment considerably. We will only ship your items after your payment has cleared our bank.
We ship out orders Monday through Friday. Most orders placed before 2 pm PST will ship the same day. Orders received after 2 pm ship the next day. Orders received after 2 pm Friday will ship on Monday, except on legal holidays.
We use the US Mail (USPS) for all packages.
International Shipping is sent by US Mail. Each country has different rules and rates. We will NOT ship without insurance. This is for your protection as well as ours. We will email you with your shipping charges PRIOR to charging your card if your country's rates exceed the amount shown in the shopping cart. We will await your approval before proceeding with your order.
Wholesale Orders will be sent by USPS, UPS or a commercial trucking company, whichever method is the most economical.
DAMAGED PACKAGES* Please call or email us within 3 days of receiving damaged merchandise. Keep all packaging materials, as they may be needed to file a claim with the carrier.
LOST PACKAGES* Please call or email us 9 days from your order in the US, 21 days International, if you have not received your merchandise. Check first with your Post Office and/or Customs Officers to see if they have your package.
* International Lost Packages require 45 days for an insurance claim to be submitted. These times are the requirement of our insurance company.
* We will need a written letter (Not email) sent to us stating that you never received your package. Please call our office for further details.
* Upon receipt of your letter, we will send a replacement order.
